I will just give you some facts.It sayed that at india 80 percent people is hindusim 2.4 percent is Christianity 13.4 percent is Islam`and Sikhism is 1.86 percent.
It's mean most people in India were believe in Hindu.
I thought this website is a little difficulty to me ,there also have many pictures about Hindu gods and goddesses. So I think there real have many gods and godesses, and some of they have many different bodies , for example Vishnu.

I thought the Hindu has many gods, and every god have their power to help some one (him/her). There also talk about why Hindu has many gods, but in western world many people believe just have one god.

These posts aren't bad but they are incorrectly done. You were supposed to find some information about Ganesha, Lakshmi and Mahadevi, not Hinduism. You are reading more, however, which is a good thing. Make sure you follow instructions, though
